Agile Cockpit — Survey Creation Dashboard (UX /UI Design)

Overview

The Agile Cockpit Survey Creation Dashboard is a web-based tool that enables product and project teams to design, distribute, and analyze agile feedback surveys with speed and precision. The goal was to simplify complex survey-creation workflows while providing data visibility that supports sprint retrospectives and team-performance insights.

Problem

Existing survey tools were fragmented, difficult to navigate, and lacked customization aligned with agile processes. Users struggled with:

• Multiple steps for creating and deploying a single survey.

• Limited visibility into response data and progress tracking.

• Overly technical UI that hindered non-technical users from participating in agile feedback loops.

Objectives

• Design a centralized, intuitive dashboard for creating and managing agile surveys.

• Enable quick survey setup with drag-and-drop question templates.

• Improve data visibility with real-time analytics and visual insights.

• Create a design system supporting scalability and consistent UI patterns.
  
  My Role

  Lead UX/UI Designer — responsible for end-to-end product design, including:

  • Stakeholder interviews and requirement mapping.

  • User journey mapping and information architecture.

  • Wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Visual design system creation and design hand-off to engineering.

  Collaborated cross-functionally with Product Managers, Front-End Developers, and QA Teams.
