City Bikes
City Ride is a conceptual design project aimed at reimagining the experience of using city bikes on a subscription basis. The task was to design a seamless, multi-device interface—spanning mobile applications and physical pickup dashboards—while incorporating emerging technologies like face or voice recognition to minimize user effort and maximize convenience.
Many urban shared mobility services suffer from poor user experience—slow onboarding, long unlock times, and limited accessibility. City Ride solves this with a fast, secure, and intuitive platform that gets users from “just arrived” to “ready to ride” in seconds.

The Goal
The goal of City Ride is to design a fast, secure, and user-friendly experience for city bike subscribers. The focus is on reducing steps from arrival to ride using smart technologies

Project Aim
My solution aims to simplify access while maintaining strong security. It also ensures a smooth and consistent experience across multiple platforms, including mobile devices and on-site kiosks, catering to both daily commuters and casual users.
